Shipping policy

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible within the following estimated timeframes:

  • Punjab: 3–4 working days

  • Sindh: 3–5 working days

  • KPK: 3–5 working days

  • Balochistan: 3–5 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances or remote locations.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 is applied to all orders across Pakistan, regardless of destination.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM are processed on the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at alivieostore@gmail.com.
We will promptly investigate the issue and ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
